From 7th to 9th June 2006. UFTS organized educational seminar with the topic “THE ROLE OF THE PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNICIAN IN THE PREVENTIVE HEALTH PROTECTION OF ADOLESCENTS” under

patronage of The Ministry of Health of Serbia and in the cooperation with The Pharmaceutical Chamber of Serbia and The Pharmaceutical Institution “Belgrade”. About 170 colleagues from Serbia participated and worked together during this gathering. Activities were organized within professional presentations which were followed by workshops during which colleagues actively participated in solving possible cases from their practice. Discussion led within round table, on the topic of regulatory rules connected to the work of the chamber of health workers – technicians, brought to the joint conclusion: Pharmaceutical technician, in the chamber of nurses and medical technicians formed in this way, will not be able to participate equally in work and realization of goals of mutual interest for this profile in relation to other profiles. General opinion of the participants said that the program fulfilled expectations, that topics were up-to-date, workshops well attended (about 150 participants) and organization very good. .

REGULAR MEETING OF UFTS “ST. SAVA”

Regular meeting of UFTS “ST. SAVA” took place in the beautiful setting of the spa of Gamzigrad in the first-hand organization of Pharmaceutical Institution of Zaječar that helped this meeting most professionally and heartily. Special thanks to Mrs. MA PhD Dragana Branković-Mićić, the manager of Pharmaceutical Institution, colleague Mrs. Nada Burić, the president of UFTS Parliament, as well as entire team of pharmacist and pharmaceutical technicians of Zaječar. 102 delegates participated the parliament.
